OWATONNA, Minn. — Mayo Clinic Health System in Owatonna is pleased to announce the addition of two physicians: Kyle McKenzie, M.D., Internal Medicine, and Ashley Thorson, M.D., Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. McKenzie received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. He completed his internal medicine and geriatric residencies at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester.
Dr. McKenzie is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Brian Bunkers, M.D., CEO at Mayo Clinic Health System in Owatonna said, “We are very pleased to be adding Dr. McKenzie to our Internal Medicine team. He is very well trained in the latest treatments for our elderly patients and those with complex diseases.”
Dr. Thorson earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. She completed an OB/GYN residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
Dr. McKenzie is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, and the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists.
