Mayo Clinic Health System in Faribault moves services and staff to remodeled space

November 29, 2016

All Mayo Clinic Health System staff and services have moved from the clinic on Highway 60 to the newly remodeled campus clinic, located at 300 State Street, next to District One Hospital – part of Allina Health. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology and Pediatrics Departments will join specialty care providers in one convenient location.

Our move to the newly remodeled clinic location in Faribault is a very exciting time for us,” says Brian Bunkers, M.D., CEO of Mayo Clinic Health System in Faribault and Owatonna. “It demonstrates, in a meaningful way, Mayo’s commitment to the community and provides our staff with a work environment that supports our mission of providing more care close to home.”

Occupational Medicine and Sleep Medicine Departments will remain at the Crossroads location, while the Obstetrics/Gynecology Department will remain on the second floor of District One Hospital.

“This expansion will allow for future growth in outpatient services, offer increased patient capacity, and reduce the need for patients to travel outside the region for care,” says Dr. Bunkers. “We are committed to putting the needs of our patients first and providing them with excellent medical care.”

A community celebration is scheduled for Thursday, Dec.15, from 4 – 6:30 pm., at the Campus Clinic located at 300 State Street, Faribault. Tour the remodeled clinic and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres.
