Put some hip into your swing — your golf swing, that is. Mayo Clinic Health System physical therapist Mike Ramaeker will discuss how hip strength and mobility can add yards to your swing and take strokes off your game during a free golf clinic. The event will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 7, at Mayo Clinic Health System in the Luther Campus’ lower level physical therapy gym, 1400 Bellinger St. Parking is available in the clinic lot.
Golfers will learn exercises to improve hip and spine mobility, as well as critique a golfer’s swing using video analysis technology. For more information, call 715-838-5805.
