EAU CLAIRE, Wis. — Kids ages 8 to 14 are invited to join in for over an hour of MO kid fun and fitness from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Momentum CrossFit 715, 2615 London Road, Suite B, in Eau Claire. The free class is presented in partnership with Mayo Clinic Health System.
Attendees will learn a healthy fitness program and essential movements to help prevent injuries and improve sport performance.
“Kids who attend this class will learn to incorporate new techniques and skills in a group workout setting,” says Tina Tharp, Community Engagement and Wellness specialist at Mayo Clinic Health System. “Learning fun new ways to stay fit now will give them a good start toward building lifelong healthy habits.”
