Fitness & Weight Management: Strong Women/Strong Men/Strong Bones

This multiweek evidence-based strength training program on Mondays and Wednesdays through Oct. 2 is designed for middle-aged and older women and men. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility and balance activities. Improve your mood, energy and sleep. Visit your local Aging and Disability Resource Center's website for additional offerings. No class Sept. 4.
Register by July 17. New participants must attend an information session.
